I cannot BELIEVE how much snow we have. And it's still coming! It's snowed for about 30 hours at this point, non-stop. It's really crazy. I have to go out and shovel soon. I'm not looking forward to it.
Is anyone else having trouble with LJ today? It's taking forever to load, and sometimes it's just flat-out not loading.
halona requested the recipe I was talking about last night, so I'm posting it in case anyone else wants it.
Cake:
3c flour
2c sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Mix ingredients with a fork Add-
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
3/4c vegetable oil
2c cold water
Mix with fork.
Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Hershey's Icing. (This is totally optional, but I highly recommend using it. It's awesome.)
9 3/4 oz of Hershey's chocolate (You can sort of wing this, anything from 9 - 10 ounces is fine.)
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk
3/4 tsp vanilla

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add butter and milk. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
FYI, I'm making another boring grammar post later today, as requested.
